If within one year from the date of purchase this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Bag Mate will repair or replace the product, or necessary components free of charge.

This warranty excludes:

1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport; Units subjected to unauthorized repair.
2. Units not used in accordance to Bag Mate user instructions.
3. Damage exceeding the cost of the product.
4. Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal.
5. storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises.
6. Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
